Primero quiero dar las gracias a todas aquellas personas que entráis en el blog y me habéis estado siguiendo estos dos últimos meses. ¡Ya he superado las 1000 visitas! Sé que algunas de mis amigas siempre me leen… así que me repito…  ¡Muchísimas gracias! :)

First of all I would like to thank all those persons who have followed my blog, for the last two months. I have more than 1000 visits! I know that some of my friends always read me… Thank you very much! :)

Hoy me gustaría empezar un nuevo apartado de “weddings” porque ayer estirada en el sofá de mi casa, mientras veía un capítulo de “Homeland”, mirando blogs, encontré una boda que respiraba encanto y pensé que lo primero que haría hoy es colgarla porque si me volviera a casar… no dudaría en robarle alguna idea.

Today I would like to start with a new theme in the “weddings” part, cause yesterday, while watching one chapter from Homeland, looking through my favorite blogs, I saw the perfect wedding, full of charm. I thought I had to make a post, because if I would marry again I would copy some of these ideas, for sure! :)

Esta boda tuvo lugar en Carolina del Norte, en Placerville, en la casa de la novia. Las mesas del convite las realizó el padre y tío de la novia, mientras que madre y suegra se dedicaron a aportar todo la atmosfera Vintage. Para más inri ella es “wedding planner”.

The wedding took place in North Carolina, in Placerville, where the bride has its house. Her father and uncle made the banquet tables, while the mother and mother-in-law where in charge of creating a vintage atmosphere. It’s important to highlight that the bride works as wedding planner.

Fotos para invitados / Photos for guests

Cada vez esta más de moda que las bodas tengan algún factor sorpresa…. son frecuentes los buffets de dulces o caramelos, pero aquí no se acaban todas la propuestas…

Every time you see more weddings having a surprise factor… You frequently can find a sweet buffet, but there are even more proposals….

Hoy me gustaría hablar de fotos…  porque últimamente en los blogs de bodas que leo, en todas sale que han puesto o un photocall o un fotomatón.

I would like to talk about photos… as I lately read in all the wedding blogs about photocalls or photobooths.

Para nuestra boda, una amiga me recomendó el photobooth que ella puso… entre las alpargatas que regalaba, el sweet buffet, ya sólo me faltaba el fotomatón… tenía mucho miedo que mi boda pareciera un circo… pero la gente no paraba de decirme lo divertido que era…

In our wedding, one friend recommended us the photobooth she used in her wedding… I was going to give some shoes, the sweet buffet… I thought maybe the photobooth was too much… I was scared the wedding turned out to be a circus… but people didn’t stop telling me how funny it was…

Photobooth: a mi personalmente, me gusta más esta versión, no sólo porque los invitados se llevan una copia doble de las fotos sino porque también al estar cerrado hay mucha más intimidad y la gente no pasa vergüenza.

Photobooth: I prefer this option, firstly because all the guests can take a copy of the photos and also because as it is closed, people are not so shy.

Photocall: normalmente lo monta la wedding planner o los novios, sin duda queda mucho mejor en el decorado de la boda y también en una foto cabe muchísima más gente.

Photocall: Organised, normally, by the wedding planner or the bride and groom. It suits better with the decoration of all the wedding, also in one photo you can find many more people. 

En ambas opciones vienen con una caja llena de disfraces.

Both options come with a box full of costumes.

El precio no es barato, el photobooth eran unos 700eur/ 3h. ¡Eso sí la gente se lo paso genial! ¡Había cola! Y luego te dan un cd con todas las fotos que se ha hecho la gente.

The price is quite expensive… the photobooth was 700eur for 3h. But it’s worth it, as guests enjoy it a lot. There was queue to take a photo! Afterwards, they give you a CD with all the photos.
