Catering Ànima

Ya hace tiempo mirando webs para coger ideas para nuestra boda, ví un post sobre un catering llamado Ànima. Indagué un poco más sobre ellos, ya que es un catering relativamente nuevo, sin duda me cautivo; me gustó muchísimo el detalle y el encanto que depositan en todo lo que hacen. Así que el otro día quedé con Verónica  que es la responsable de comunicación de catering ànima para que me explicará un poco más sobre ellos.

Some time ago, searching around many webs to have new ideas for our wedding, I found a post talking about a catering named Ànima. I looked for further information from them because it’s a relatively new catering and it captivated me; I loved all the care and charm they added to everything they do. So, without any doubt, the other day I meet Verónica, responsible of the Communication department form Catering Ànima, beacuase I wanted to know more.

Verónica me contó:

“Ànima es un momento de reír, de compartir, de vivir. Es un conjunto de instantes que se crean alrededor de una gastronomía elaborada y preparada con productos de primera calidad. Es la luz de una vela que ilumina tenuemente una conversación en esa mesa vintage. Es la pizarra escrita a mano que nos explica que es eso tan bueno que acabamos de probar. Es esa caja antigua, recuperada y barnizada que hace las veces de banco donde se sientan los novios. Es el aroma de los centros de flor, que han sido cortadas una a una. Un momento Ànima es todo aquello que nos hace sonreír en un instante y que luego, cuando rememoramos ese día, siempre recordaremos. ¿Y lo mejor? Que estamos muy cerca.”

 

Verónica told me:
 

“Ànima is a moment to smile, to share, to live. Is the joining of moments that are created around gastronomy, prepared and elaborated with first quality products. It’s the candle light that slightly illuminates a conversation around a vintage table. It’s the hand written chalkboard that explains us, what’s that wonderful bite we have just tasted. It’s that old box, recovered and varnished that’s used as a bank for the bride and groom to sit. The aroma of the center piece flowers picked one by one. The bouquet created with all the favorite flowers of a bride. The impressive Gastrobar Ànima, a ideal restaurant a la carte in the middle of a wedding. An Ànima moment is all that, that makes you laugh in an instant and we will remember always. The best? Is that we are very near.”

 

¡No me puede gustar más! Ànima no es sólo un catering, realizan una decoración 360º de tu evento... para que combine perfectamente con la comida. ¡Felicidades porque me encanta vuestro trabajo!
It can't be better! And just to highlight, Ànima is not only a catering, they can decorate the event also, so that fits perfectly with the food you are going to have. Congratulations for an excellent work!
